Booking & Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Glam With Evelyn, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.
1. Booking and Appointment Confirmation

Booking Process: To secure a booking, you must complete the online booking form or contact Glam With Evelyn directly. A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment, which will be applied toward the final balance.

Appointment Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your appointment. Please review the information and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your booking, especially for weddings or large events. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a rescheduling fee, and availability is not guaranteed.
3. Payment Terms

Service Fees: Service fees are due at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include Zelle and cash.

Final Payment: The remaining balance, after any deposits, is due upon completion of the services provided.

Taxes and Fees: All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees, which will be added at the time of payment.
4. Travel Fees

Traveling Services: For mobile services, a travel fee may apply based on the location of the appointment. This will be calculated at the time of booking.

Travel Distance: The travel fee applies to locations outside of a 10-mile radius from the primary service area.
5. Client Responsibilities

Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full service, and a late fee may apply.

Health and Skin Information: It is your responsibility to inform Glam With Evelyn of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. We are not liable for any reactions or issues that arise during or after the service.

Personal Items: Glam With Evelyn is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought to the appointment.
6. Service Limitations

No Guarantees: While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee specific results, as every client’s skin type and preferences are different.

Modification of Services: If you are unhappy with the service, please let us know immediately so we can adjust to your needs. No modifications or refunds will be provided after the completion of the service.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal Information: We respect your privacy and will only use the personal information you provide for the purpose of scheduling and delivering services. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Photos: By booking a service, you agree that photos and videos taken during the session may be used on our website, social media, or for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Liability

Liability Waiver: By booking a service, you agree that Glam With Evelyn is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or allergic reactions related to the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, skin irritation, product reactions, or any other personal consequences.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Updates: Glam With Evelyn reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed.
